Integrating the Employee Career Site seamlessly into the playbook design was a crucial step in creating a unified onboarding experience. The objective was to establish a harmonious visual and narrative connection between the two components, resulting in a comprehensive onboarding package. This cohesive approach not only ensured a consistent look and feel but also crafted a compelling narrative that spanned both platforms.
