Beam is a brand enablement platform that was previously a part of Monigle. Beam became it's own company on January 1, 2024. After Beam transitioned to new management, my role as Associate Director of Brand Implementation was eliminated. During my brief tenure with the company, I dedicated myself to initiating and structuring the design system for the SaaS product.
My specialization involved crafting digital style guides for clients, with our team providing services from compact digital toolkits to comprehensive design systems. I spearheaded the definition and creation of design direction while supervising the development of supplementary assets for projects. Central to my role as an associate director was building and nurturing client relationships, presenting design strategies, and fostering collaboration across all involved teams. Additionally, I managed a small team and facilitated educational opportunities such as lunch and learns.
Beginning as a mid-level designer at DISH's creative agency of record, I contributed to various projects, spanning internal and external initiatives. Progressing to a senior level, I spearheaded design styles and supervised additional designs for each project. This role involved presenting work to clients and honing rapport-building skills. Collaborating with other teams became essential for project success, emphasizing relationship ownership to ensure optimal outcomes.
Transitioning to a full-time role as a creative lead, I focused on responsive web design, app design, email campaigns, and some branding design.
During my internship at Fresh, I supported the creative director on various tasks ranging from responsive web design to email campaigns.
Assisted with the deployment of print assets and game app UI/UX, and worked along side creative directors to help create logo styles and other marketing assets.
